February 26, 2014: First thing this morning we went rafting, swam, and jumped off boulders into the Gariep River (a.k.a. Orange River).
February 25, 2014: Last night was our first night camping (on the grounds of a stunning vineyard!) and it was quite comfortable sleeping on the mattresses in the tent.
February 24, 2014: We met our tour leaders and tour group in Cape Town last night – seems like a good mix and great group of people so we’re really excited for this adventure!
February 20 – 24, 2014: We had a jam-packed few days in Cape Town, South Africa before meeting our GAdventures group to commence the Dunes, Deltas and Falls tour.
It’s official. The dream is coming to fruition – we will be taking a year off to travel! We’ve been discussing and deliberating this for what seems like forever. And now it is officially going to happen.
December 19 – 30, 2010: The GAP Adventures Essence of Nicaragua tour was a blast and I made some amazing new friends!
I am super excited to announce, especially after our amazing trip to Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam earlier this year that I’ve just booked another GAP Adventures trip – this time to Nicaragua!
April 12 – 13, 2010: Our GAP Adventures Roam Cambodia tour group departed Châu Đốc, taking the local ferry again, before driving on to our final destination of Ho Chi Minh City.
